In A La Carte, you and your team dive straight into the atmosphere of a restaurant kitchen. During the game, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, collect ingredients, operate kitchen appliances, prepare dishes, plate everything neatly, and serve the customers. Customer satisfaction is your ultimate goa, but what does that really mean? How will you organize yourselves to achieve success? And maybe the most important question of all: what kind of restaurant do you actually want to create?
A La Carte consists of several rounds, each followed by a short, moderated team reflection. During these sessions, you’ll analyze your teamwork, discuss what can be improved, and how to adjust. By listening carefully and remaining flexible, you’ll turn initial chaos and inefficiency into the satisfying hum of a well-oiled machine.
