Description

The goal of this initiation is:

  • to relax and recharge.

  • to feel connected with oneself and with others.

  • to gain inspiration and positivity through the power of gathering.

Hatha flow is a dynamic form of yoga, where different poses are connected through breath and movement, the poses are performed to the rhythm of the breath. Intensive poses are alternated with relaxation. In a very “down to earth” way, with light background music.​

The session lasts 1 hour. We start with 5 minutes of meditation followed by a series of exercises or asanas, and then conclude with a delightful relaxation moment of 10 to 15 minutes.

Pilates

Classical Mat Pilates is the original form of Pilates as developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a fairly structured and precise training method, intended to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness with a strong focus on the core (abdomen, lower back, hips, and pelvic floor). It is slightly more intensive than modern variants. Here we start from the basics. The emphasis is not on how much you do but how you move: precisely, calmly, and with focus.

Yin & Yoga Nidra

We start with some Yin poses where you work deeper on emotional, mental, and physical layers. You stay in the pose a little longer, creating a deep healing effect on tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. Then follows a Yoga Nidra session, a form of guided meditation, you simply follow my voice. Here you balance between sleep and wakefulness, your consciousness is working on a deeper level, it is a form of deep relaxation with numerous benefits: you develop your creativity you 'install' your intentions the nervous system calms down the 30 min. session can afterward feel like 3 hours of sleep
