Description
The goal of this initiation is:
to relax and recharge.
to feel connected with oneself and with others.
to gain inspiration and positivity through the power of gathering.
Hatha flow is a dynamic form of yoga, where different poses are connected through breath and movement, the poses are performed to the rhythm of the breath. Intensive poses are alternated with relaxation. In a very “down to earth” way, with light background music.
