Description
The workshop begins with an introduction to the world of street art, an art form that integrates into the living space and interacts with its environment. Then, the street artist, with over ten years of experience in creating large-scale murals, leads the session and poses a simple question to the participants: What would be relevant to represent in your offices? What theme would be suitable and why?
From this initial reflection, each participant receives small sheets of paper and, with pencils, pens, markers, and pastels, is invited to generate as many ideas as possible, letting their intuition flow freely, without overthinking. Participants can write keywords or make small sketches.
All these ideas are then collected, analyzed, and classified into three categories:
Interesting ideas but difficult to realize (for example, too abstract).
Relevant but unoriginal ideas (already seen, too obvious).
Original, feasible, and engaging ideas.
After a vote and a discussion led by the artist, the group decides together on the direction the project will take.
The participants then focus on the 'original, feasible, and engaging ideas.' On A3 sheets, they can freely draw or write with the various materials provided (pastels, markers, etc.). The goal is for each person to produce an image or text based on the previously voted idea.
At the end of the workshop, those who wish can present their creation to the group. We will also discuss color palettes together.
The artists will photograph the participants' productions and, in the following week, create an illustration inspired by these ideas. They will then return to paint the mural in the company (with wall paint, without sprays) in two to three days. Those who wish can actively participate in the painting, but their participation remains entirely voluntary.
