Description
During Drone Challenges you compete against each other in small teams in a playful sequence of varied challenges. First mission: fly through a tunnel as fast as possible. In addition to a pilot, each team also appoints a "helper", which is someone who must help the drone back on the right path if necessary. And each team also has a "runner". This is someone who - as soon as the mission is successful - will press the button of his/her team as quickly as possible, so that the time for his/her team stops. As soon as all teams are ready, we move on to the next round, so that everyone can fly each mission. And after "flying through the tunnel" is done, a whole series of other challenges follows, like landing on a platform, delivering a cup of coffee... 1 round of flying takes an average of 1-1.5 minutes, so we move on at a high pace, and so everyone is busy all the time. Of course, everything at the pace of the group.
Good to know
Location- A well-lit indoor location is required, with a reasonable temperature and an available power outlet.
-Standard ceiling height is sufficient.
- Allow for one basketball court (15m x 20m) for 10–40 people; a full sports hall is needed for 120 people.
- The venue must be wheelchair accessible from the loading/unloading area, as the equipment is brought in on rolling carts. We typically arrive with a van (approximately 2.1m high).
- If the loading/unloading or parking area is not immediately obvious, please let us know in advance.
OtherVoor de drone challenges is een goed verlichte binnenlocatie nodig met redelijke temperatuur en een vrij stopcontact. Standaard plafondhoogte is voldoende. Reken bv. 1 basketbalveld (15m x 20m) voor 10-40 personen, ganse sporthal voor 120 personen.
De zaal moet vanaf de laad/losruimte rolstoeltoegankelijk zijn, vermits wij ons materiaal op rolkarren binnenbrengen. Wij komen standaard met een bestelwagen (+/-2,1m hoog). Indien niet vanzelfsprekend graag vooraf aangeven waar laden/lossen en parkeren.
