Never learned in school how to unwind physically and mentally? Neither did we! In this workshop, we combine the basic techniques we learnt in our quest to find more peace. In doing so, we use our body (you always have it with you) through breathing, our senses and limbs to learn to relax again.
In the first part we focus on breathing and teach you what is important to pay attention to when you want to relax. We do many different exercises for this so that you can experience what suits you best and so that you learn new things.
In addition, we then work with our whole body, doing a lot of exercises so that you can feel the effect, what relaxation it brings you. That way you learn new things and can alternate as you go on practising by yourself. This workshop is great fun to do and... it calms you down!
