Description
The team coaching workshop offers a team the opportunity to better understand how it currently functions. The workshop provides insights into the existing team dynamics and the (often unconscious) impact this has on the overall functioning, atmosphere, and performance of the team. The benefits gained from team coaching are long-lasting.
The team coach acts as a mirror and remains completely external to the team. He or she provides short "interventions" in the form of assignments, reflection questions, or by highlighting notable observations. The team is encouraged to function autonomously and to develop awareness of their communication style, interactions, and systemic approach during team discussions, tasks, and assignments.
The goal is to help the team develop a reflex for self-improvement at the team level, by encouraging them to become a learning team. During the workshop, we always work towards a concrete action plan so the team can independently monitor and follow up on their objectives.
